"Embarking on the Inspirational Leadership programme, I had a very clear objective in mind. With a
team of 40 people working around the Globe, located from as far West as Buenos Aries to as far East
as Shanghai, I wanted to create a blueprint for our leadership and impact within Unilever. We are a
diverse group made up of 21 nationalities, located out of 9 offices around the world. For this, clear
decisive and impactful leadership is essential.
Talking with Alex Selwood, from Expression for Growth, I felt that the Inspirational Leadership Programme would provide a common ground for all to approach a step up on our leadership development. With the six core facets of leadership - Collaborative, Clarity, Delivering, Stretching, Presence and Authenticity - I was attracted to the rounded nature of the programme.

We have several business results to evidence this step change – reaching 8.5 million Perfect Stores across the Globe, executing in excess of 450K ‘’Marketing to Shopper’’ in store activations, moving our results on our Employee satisfaction survey by over 5% over the last 2 years, and having a very close–knit and supportive community to boot!
